She shares her story of surviving childhood abuse & addiction with the hopes of helping others feel less alone. Her hope is contagious! We left the interview knowing without a doubt, there is a vital story inside of us all. 

Arlene is a retired alcohol and drug counselor. A visual artist, book author, and social activist who believes in using the arts to help young minds and adult men and women elevate their minds and environments by focusing on creativity and honing life skills.
